We needed easy access to Heathrow for a flight to Seattle, after returning to London from a Eurostar visit to Paris. We were tired, and ordered fish and chips from room service. Dinner was prompt and delicious. We needed an additional power adaptor; again, we got quick, friendly help. The inviting breakfast buffet was as delicious as it was convenient. Minor quibbles: the provided hair dryer didn’t fit in the oddly placed bathroom outlet (though I LOVED the shower!) And the shuttle service to the airport, while efficient, was by a 3rd party vendor, at a reasonable but unexpected additional charge. Overall, the room was so comfy and the food was so good that we ALMOST wished we were staying another night, for more rest before the daunting Heathrow security and the long flight home.

This was a great place to stay before and after a flight. There are dining options and a great br1eakfast. There is also a Avis rental counter with a shuttle which was so convenient. Would definitely stay again

Hotel was nice enough, booking in was a bit messy with no real defined queue and a bit of a ‘free-for-all’, but the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Parking can be a bit of a rip-off, given the prime location to Heathrow airport and proximity of London, I imagine this is the going rate. The bedroom was tidy, stocked with tea/coffee and had a lovely large bathroom. We were happily impressed with our room and wouldn’t grumble with returning any time, although pillows can be a bit stiff depending on what you’re used to! Breakfast was by far the highlight of the stay, there was absolutely stacks of food to choose from, including continental, full English, cereals, American, the lot! Staff were extremely welcoming and engaging with both of young children. My biggest gripe was the elevators, there’s only two of them… and so the morning rush to get the suitcases out of the hotel room and into the car was frustrated by a couple of others doing the same thing causing a bit of a traffic jam with everyone trying to make their check-in! My advice is to give yourself plenty of time, I was worried I would be late for breakfast so prioritised this, but in hindsight could have moved my luggage and then had breakfast.

We arrived at around 8pm with 2 children and a 3 month old baby and were told they were unable to find our booking, however after around an hour and a lot of perseverance from Sam on reception they eventually found it. Sam could have been more helpful or apologetic and for the inconvenience upgraded our rooms! The rooms were fabulous, overlooking the airport runway which pleased the older children and myself immensely! The stay after the initial issue was wonderful, the breakfast was lovely as were the staff, would definitely recommend and would stay again!

When arriving they told me that they only had twin bed rooms left. My receipt said a queen bed. I showed her the receipt. The clerk at the front desk dismissed this and wouldn’t acknowledge it. She said it would cost me an additional £20 for a queen bed. She eventually asked a manger and they gave us a queen bed with no extra charge. Also the AC did not work in the room. It was extremely warm. We called 3 times to get some assistance. Eventually they brought us a small standing fan. This didn’t cool the room down. Outside of that, the hotel is in a convenient location - close to the airport.
