Stayed at the Holiday Inn because my Mom was in the hospital and I needed a nice stay with no issues so I could just relax at the end of a long day. This was not that stay. When I first got to my room, the TV and some of the lights weren't working. I had to go down to the front desk and get this fixed. The toilet was also not working properly. It wasn't flushing properly and I was afraid that it was going to overflow every time. I also went to have a shower in the morning and noticed that the faucet only has two modes - SCOLDING HOT or FREEZING COLD. I thought this was concerning so I opted to try and have a bath. The plug wouldn't seal properly and no water would stay in the tub so bathing myself was definitely not an option. When I went to check out, I expressed my concern with the man at the front desk. In any normal situation, the hotel would offer to give you back some of the money that you paid for your stay considering nothing was working or functioning properly. All I got was a quick sorry and the man telling me that they are having water issues on the 8th floor due to construction on the 9th floor. Then why are you allowing people to stay on the 8th floor is there's so many issues? The icing on the cake for my stay is the fact that the room I was in had a kitchenette - a stove, full sized fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Every single hotel that I've ever stayed with a kitchen gives you some basic necessities to use the kitchen like any dishes. WORST. STAY. EVER.

Was in town for a family emergency so was only there from late evening and out early the next morning. Front desk staff were very kind. Room was comfy and clean. The shower was hot and decent pressure and the bathtub actually had a plug and was clean.

Giving this a 1 star rating. Booked this through Expedia weeks in advance, got to the hotel and tried to use the same card I used to book the room and got told they only accept full credit cards for their $100 deposit. I offered visa debit, Mastercard debit, and even cash. They had my drivers license as well but refused all my options. I ended up not getting to stay at the hotel as they gave me zero options. Called Expedia to help and the hotel wouldn’t answer their calls. Also, they are mid Reno which they don’t tell you when you books. Restaurant was closed and elevators were “acting up” Don’t bother, find somewhere else

The room was amazing with a kitchenette in it! Newly renovated, very spacious and comfortable. We were disappointed with how tiny and shallow the pool was, and the pool was COLD! It’s a very narrow ce hotel but too pricey considering this is the off-season.

Wait for renovation to be finished.

Hotel is under construction. No advance notice given of this and not in their listing. No restaurant, no pool. Wifi was inoperable and was not told at check in. Card access to door not working so had to knock to be let in as they had the outside doors locked. Room is spacious and bed comfortable.
