We checked in during a heavy rainstorm. The rear parking lot was newly paved, but had difficulty draining the water as it was lower than street level. This may be because there were reports of flooding across the province. The rear parking lot had a convenient entrance to the basement level where the pool & group meeting area was. This made it easy to unload & load our luggage. The street noise was pretty loud as the hotel was on a commercial street with a fairly high speed limit. The included breakfast was much appreciated. We stayed in the eating area reading newspapers until the breakfast service ended. The staff were so nice as to allow us to checkout an hour later when there were tornado warnings in the area.

We Loved it! Great stay!
Was great. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Was very accommodating and quiet. Hallways were clean, the whole place was just amazing. The room was lovely as well. Very modern. Also really nice that restaurants and places are across the street if you need anything! Don’t forget to ask staff about restaurant discount at nearby locations!!!! I will be returning in future!

The hotel was very clean. The room looked good and smelled great. You knew it had been cleaned very thoroughly. Employees were all very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the coffee at breakfast. Tasted burnt. Otherwise it was an A+ stay!

This property had a good location and great amenities near by. Really dissapointed with the fact that the waterslide was closed and that it only is open on weekends when they have a life guard. This should be noted in bold letters when booking so as to eleveate any misunderstandings.
