We really like this hotel as an airport stopover. It meets all our needs. The only issue we had this time was that the room we got (which was a lovely upgrade, thank you) was very cold, and the heating system wasn’t working, and clearly hadn’t been for some time. Someone came to address the issue, and it got resolved. But it took quite a while for the room to warm up. Since we were only there for less than 24 hours, it was a bit uncomfortable. This was all circumstantial, and not a fault of the hotel. It just affected our experience this time. But we will continue to use this hotel when we visit London.

Not as close to T4 as I’d hoped it would be.

Good location but still took me 40mins to get from T4 (where hotel is located) T4 in the morning. Fair quality breakfast included. The issue I had was I was awoken at 4:30 by a wake up call from front desk that I didn’t book. I didn’t need one. No need to wake up early. They rang room phone twice. I didn’t sleep well at all after this. Mentioned to front desk as I checked out, who took my email but no one has reached out as yet. Probs best to stay elsewhere in future.

Room was very clean and refreshing.

Stayed over night after a long flight. Room was very clean and welcoming. Just a short walk from the airport so no taxi needed. After a meal and good nights sleep caught the train back to Cornwall the next day fully refreshed.

A perfect choice

A short walk along a course way from Heathrow departures to the hotel was a blessing to begin with. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Lobby area is very attractive with comfortable chairs, tables and couches. My room was a good size. My bed and pillows were super comfortable. Exactly what you need for restful sleep. Room temperature was easy to control though the panel on the wall. Many electrical points to charge appliances. Bathroom had a great shower with hot water and good pressure; good quality bathroom products supplied too. Breakfast was relaxed and delicious. Also thanks to the hotel for giving me guest of the day - with French macarons in the room, welcome drink at the bar and breakfast in the Urban brasserie. I am deeply appreciative. Will definitely stay here again when next in London.

Functional, clean and spacious, everything you need pre flight. The TV didn’t work however on reporting to reception they blamed me for failing to operate correctly. Without coming to the room or fixing the problem

Overall there is very little to complain about here. The hotel is right at T4, the staff are friendly, the rooms are well appointed and very clean. My only gripe is that the low-flow shower heads are pretty dreadful!
