The breakfast buffet needs an overview. Both coffee machines were not working properly due to no milk. Took ages to rectify. Choice of hot breakfast very limited and not very tasty.

Avoid the North-facing Rooms on the 2nd Floor

Room was good and generally OK although there was some coffee/gunk spilt on the wall below the TV which had not been cleaned off and the bit of stone-covered roof area immediately outside the window had lots of litter, including broken glass and empty food containers, that was not pleasant to look at. The condition of the room was ok but some fixtures in the bathroom were in need a repair. Seems like it was a highly used part of the hotel that we were staying in. So good enough for 4/5 but not 5/5. Were staying on the second floor and would ask for a higher floor next time.

The room was not properly cleaned, we found condoms in the outside of the window, the AC was making noises with a weird odor, after reported they said the air AC was not working properly and not even advertised on the website and offered a fan. They gave us a refund for the inconveniences.

The rooms are tired with noisy aircon (think engine on a bus) and dirty carpets. Really needs a sprucing up. Windows are filthy with broken locking seals. Staff were nice and friendly.

Friendly staff and a quiet, comfortable room. Great location for O2 events—an easy, well-lit walk back even late at night, with plenty of people around. The free breakfast was simple but satisfying.
