Needed a safe and secure place to stay for the night and this was perfect being on the doorstep of Wembley Stadium. We’re probably not the usual Hilton clientele and we were questioned when we returned after our event was finished by the door staff which put a slight dampener on things but staff inside were very friendly and keen to make sure our stay went well.

This is the perfect location for those going to events at Welmbley stadium. It's, however, overpriced and they force you to book more rooms, even if you have kids traveling with you. But the convenience is the key - getting out of a concert and just walk for 10 min to your room is a perfect ending to a busy day...

We stay at this hotel for NFL games and have always had a good experience. This time was for a concert. The staff gave us a hard time a check in and then forgot our breakfast order and we had to leave for the airport. Too expensive for average (at best) service. Disappointed this trip

The Hilton has changed over the past few years, during Wembley events they used to have a fairly relaxed attitude on game day, now its a draconian wristband approach, of course people would like to invite guests to the bar... that's one of the reasons for paying through the nose.

Worth the money?
I booked a night for the Springsteen concert happening next door (you can see the stadium from the hotel). One might say that the hotel was engaging in a bit (lot?) of 'price gouging' given the charges but, as the hotel was full, I guess that's just market forces. Room was comfortable if unexceptional but there was a very pleasant rooftop bar and, I have to say, I was very impressed by the way the hotel dealt with the large volume of people returning from the concert. Breakfast was excellent.

Great stay in North West London
Lovely stay in a standard king room that is better than some deluxe rooms in other hotels. Booked with breakfast included, but this wasn’t showing in my booking. However as it was my birthday, they added the breakfast free of charge and decorated my room. 5-10 min walk from Wembley Park station, 2 minutes from the London Fashion Outlet, 2 minutes from Wembley stadium entrance and 4 minutes to the box park. Very well located to all amenities.
