Hotel very convenient if traveling out of Heathrow Terminals 2 or 3. Room was quiet. Nice bar on 14th Floor. Restaurant a bit pricey. Also, easy to get to underground to travel into central London and back.

Or flight arrived early in the morning and We had to wait 5 hrs to check in - as there was an extra £25 early check In Fee - would expect an “Airport Hotel” charging almost £300 per night would allow 24hr check in at no extra charge.

Location obviously is good for early morning connections. Bed is good. Finding the hotel in the massive LHR airport is no easy task particularly if you arrive on a later flight. Signs from terminal 5 are not present. Additionally the lounge menu needs to be expanded past bar food to more closely represent the restaurant menu and would do well to serve food until closing. THe bar was full when I was there at 11:00 so there is demand for the food. Some staffs over efficiency might be seen as a desire to finish their shift to get home. I can understand wanting to get home since I have the same desire but staff is making a wage to be there and therefore could do a better job of concealing this to weary travelers.

Very nice staff and hotel. The rooftop bar overlooking runway was awesome. Breakfast also looking at runway. Staff warm and welcoming This is in terminal 2 but 10 minute taxi to hotel from terminal 5 so worth taking the taxi instead of the bus They will arrange a taxi if you need to go from hotel to airport.
