It was right in the terminal and we needed an overnight stay. Had an amazing meal at the restaurant then headed up to the lounge to watch planes taking off and landing while enjoying a drink and desert!

The hotel provided poor directions for walking from the hotel to Terminal 3. The whole point of staying in this hotel is access to the airport. The way to walk to Terminal 3 was not easy to follow and initially not well marked with signage. The hotel staff provided vague and unhelpful responses when asked.

For business travel, this is a great hotel to hop on a morning flight. Good airport hotel. Took me 10 minutes from hotel check out to post-security/immigration in T2. Front desk was efficient. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Water pressure was great in the shower. I enjoyed spending 5 minutes looking over the runway from the hotel room.

We were dropped at the front door, a lift up to the 2nd floor reception where we were dealt with straight away. Our room on the 12th floor was really good, the in-house dinner and breakfast were similar but made better by the staff.

It was very convenient for Terminal 2, but a 15-minute trek to Terminal 3. We took a cab from our arrival at Terminal 5 and glad we did because we had big suitcases.

It was not as good as the one outside the terminal. The manager named Satnam in the apron bar was the rudest person I’ve ever come across in any hotel. I picked this hotel for convenience but I wish I’d stayed in the other one, it had much more to offer for breakfast though it was adequate, the reception staff were great. It was higher overpriced

Good option but not as convenient as you’d think. You cannot walk from terminal to terminal. Must take rail or bus. Confusing. I needed an international terminal five yet this hotel is in terminal two. Hotel room was clean. In room water would've been great - no option to buy and no minibar.
