Conveniently Located with Great Staff
Perfectly located to stay at LHR T2 before an early morning flight. Staff were very efficient and friendly. The outside of the hotel and rooms could do with being modernised and please invest in proper coffee machines in the room instead of instant coffee.

It’s very confusing locating the entrance to this hotel. It is not well marked. The reception staff are efficient but lack a welcoming attitude. The room was nice. The two restaurant choices had the pretty much the same menu. The SkyBar had no vegan/vegetarian options. The main floor restaurant was understaffed and again no real hospitality in their attitude. It’s convenient location to Termnal 2 is the only reason I’d stay here again.
