Our bathroom plumbing was out of order. First the sink then the toilet and even the shower backed up. Leaving my husband standing in scalding water. Reception would not give us another room right away. They kept saying they were booked. Instead they kept sending people to check even though they knew nothing about plumbing. The first time the guy shoved a screwdriver down the drain and left mess in the basin. He gave us 2 drink coupons. It was midnight and I was ready to leave and try to find another hotel. Finally, they gave us a new room after I was already so frustrated. Even the fridge in the original room didn’t work. Horrible.

Only stayed for one night before catching an early morning flight. Decent size room and both room and bathroom were nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Spent the day in London so did not really use the hotel facilities.Very convenient for Heathrow terminals.

Superb breakfast, nice rooms, snacks available for purchase in lobby, easy airport shuttle (for a fee). The only challenge was that the signage at Heathrow is terrible for finding out where to get the shuttle to the hotels around the airport.

It’s an airport transit hotel. Short stays, quick turnaround. It’s location and customer set up is idea for this function. Rooms are good size, and insulated from airport noise. However, managing the inside noise level could be better. Good luck finding any facility yourself in the Heathrow complex.

Got in late from a delayed flight. Went to the wrong Hilton at first, completely my fault. All the Hilton staff were helpful (at both locations). It was quiet and clean. Perfect for a quick kip before hopping a train to my next destination!

Short break for family of four with autistic child

Stayed here many times. Great venue, easy to park and commute from via local tube. Easy access to Heathrow. Staff always courteous and friendly. Breakfast is buffet with large selection. Only thing to improve on is mattresses quality and pillows but overall very good - I do recommend often.

Unfortunately it was the wrong Hilton. Wanted the one at terminal 2. Shall be seeing about refund as paid to stay at correct Hilton over £200 pounds. They said Expedia do this often
