The rooms are basic and average size for london I only had a shower The beds pillows supwr comfy Most staff where amazing and helpful Luve music every night Vibrant and interesting hotel No business centre and wifi didnt work in my room. However worked well in other ears Bar restaurants nice food albeit expensive Breakfast was fresh and usual buffet food, not much bread selection or fruit. I seen cooked breakfasts too Conference room was good too

Stay away!

No water pressure in sink or shower. Asked for maintenance but it did not help. Shower door does not close so freezing and water spilling out. If this is a 4 star hotel, I would hate to see what 3 stars looks like...
