A great concept and feeling to know the good value pricing you pay incredibly will send a child to school for week. The rooms are small and functional but well designed, clean and comfortable. For a slightly higher rate you can have a room where you can look out over the water from your bed which is just fantastic for the money. The jets into City airport were not intrusive or loud and stop during the night. There's a great rooftop bar to enjoy with more great views and the food, decor and facilities were all good. My favourite hotel Ive stayed at so far in London. Cable car nearby to get to the O2 but stops before shows end so it's the underground to get back or an Uber.
Okay hotel but it was so tricky to get to because the train which runs right next to the hotel wasn’t running. I do understand this isn’t the hotels fault but it would have been nice to be sent a warning beforehand or told upon check in. I was going to an event that evening and the replacement rail bus wasn’t running so I went to the bus station to find there was no information to get me to where I wanted to go and everyone I asked didn’t know either, so I ended up spending £40 on a taxi. Again not the hotels fault but if this was listed upon time of booking I would have booked somewhere else. The hotel itself was okay, though the shower was luke-warm, and the AC doesn’t get warm as it is capped at a certain temperature, I think these factors are for eco friendly purposes, but this was hell for me because I am always cold and I love a hot shower especially in the cold seasons.
Check in was slow.. Enjoyable stay, was noisy outside, i was street side, but i slept really well, beds were really comfy.. just wish there was a tv in room as i was a solo traveller and wasnt much to do after the convention was over. Only one plug for kettle to have a coffee which was under desk. Didnt have breakfast as i felt £46 on hotels.com was too much for 2 nights, so took to getting breakfast opposite at Tesco. £4.50 for a coke!! £6.50 for a beer. Its a pretty looking hotel, very compact and friendly staff. This is still one of my go to hotels in the area.
The hotel was in an excellent location, a few minute walk from nearest underground station and from the Passport Office. Really friendly staff on arrival, very comfortable room (no TV which for me is not an issue) and I like the creation of an ironing room on the first floor. Numerous restaurants around the hotel, but a nice bar/restaurant in the hotel. Will stay again.
A short overnight stay whilst visiting London. We arrived late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We really liked it links to charities.
Charming hotel in the docks. Had a lovely view of the docks. Very convenient and loved breakfast at this hotel. Worth every penny! Loved the fact that all profits are given to good cause: the children of Guatemala.
Needs sound proofing someone next door was at it all night, showering toilet flushing the other side they were up tapping all night could hear everything
Tiny tiny room window didn’t seem like they were double glazed, stains on the carpet floor , check out 630 am as was awful - do not waste your money

Good experience with nice views over the River from the bedroom. The room was very small but clean. No tv and limited storage. Bed was comfortable. Shower small but ok. Toilet didn’t flush very well. Staff were generally pleasant and helpful. Didn’t eat so can’t comment but breakfast seemed expensive. DLR wasn’t running so long way from tube Canning Town. Convenient for O2 if using cable car.
Had a lovely stay at the Good Hotel, convenient for the O2. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfy. Would definitely stay here again
Overall it was nice except it’s a bit far from tube tho

Great location
Great location to get the cable car and boat down the Thames. Italian and Lebanese restaurants a few yards away that serve late and various food pop ups. Room is minimul and perfect for a traveller like me. Comfy bed and nice bar area (though the rooftop bar was shut due to weather). Good principles with a percentage of profit donated to charity. Would stay again.

The hotel was ok what let it down was its no TV in all rooms policy which is an based on the fact that rooms have a River Thames view. This is an arrogant assumption as our room had the view of the roof terrace staircase and as you are paying to stay there you should have a choice. It is not made clear when booking and I wouldnt have stayed there if i'd known. The hotel is quite a way out of London and there are not many food outlets around the area. Macdonalds is a 20 minute walk. The other problem is the thumping music coming from the roof terrace on the days we were there.
