Great location, friendly helpful staff. Room was small and basic for the price. V poor sound insulation and aircraft noise from nearby City Airport
Really enjoyed my stay, but just a heads up to any future travelers: I booked this hotel because it listed having laundry available - but be prepared to pay an extortionate amount of money if you need anything washed. It would genuinely be cheaper to buy new clothes - and I wish I was joking, but I'm not. The price sheet they gave me was eye watering - I'm lucky that I didn't NEED to use the service as still had some fresh clothes remaining, but had it been earlier in my trip, that cost barrier would have been a massive problem trying to get my clothes clean - so do keep that in mind if you're hoping to wash your clothes here. You might want to plan looking for a seperate laundrette facility to have any washing done - anywhere else would be more affordable than their rates.
But that was my only issue - the hotel overall is lovely, immediately next door to the cable cars into North Greenwich / the O2, close to the DLR and 10 minutes away from the Elizabeth Line - an excellent place to stay in East London overall - and outside of the laundry prices, I highly recommend it!!
The whole hotel needs a facelift. Cleanliness is a problem particularly in the rooms. Dusty services, unclean sheets, threadbare and very stained carpets. Also noise from other rooms is a huge issue, walls paper thin! Noticed they supply free earplugs so must be a constant issue.
On a positive the breakfast was excellent!

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Would not go there again
Extremely small overcrowded room average cleaning no breakfast for that money... It was ok for one night but I regret I even stayed there
My stay was pretty good, the room was enough for one person. A couple of remarks: there are no outlets close to the kettle, so it had to be moved around. My biggest problem with the room was that I could hear everything the guest on the room next to mine was doing (inclusing snoring after they went to sleep), so that was kind of annoying. Bre
Loved the ethos of the hotel. Clever design and bed really comfy

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
If I’d have known how small the toilet and shower was I would not have booked. I sat on the loo and the door couldn’t pass my knee. I’m 5 foot tall so god knows how someone taller would manage.
We had a pleasant stay and were overall very satisfied. While there were a very few minor issues with our room, the staff went above and beyond to address the situation. They were incredibly patient, understanding, and more than willing to resolve the problems at their root. Their dedication to ensuring we were happy with the resolution was impressive, and we appreciated how generous they were in offering compensation for the inconvenience. Their professionalism and commitment made a real difference in our experience. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for a great stay!
A great concept and feeling to know the good value pricing you pay incredibly will send a child to school for week. The rooms are small and functional but well designed, clean and comfortable. For a slightly higher rate you can have a room where you can look out over the water from your bed which is just fantastic for the money. The jets into City airport were not intrusive or loud and stop during the night. There's a great rooftop bar to enjoy with more great views and the food, decor and facilities were all good. My favourite hotel Ive stayed at so far in London. Cable car nearby to get to the O2 but stops before shows end so it's the underground to get back or an Uber.
Okay hotel but it was so tricky to get to because the train which runs right next to the hotel wasn’t running. I do understand this isn’t the hotels fault but it would have been nice to be sent a warning beforehand or told upon check in. I was going to an event that evening and the replacement rail bus wasn’t running so I went to the bus station to find there was no information to get me to where I wanted to go and everyone I asked didn’t know either, so I ended up spending £40 on a taxi. Again not the hotels fault but if this was listed upon time of booking I would have booked somewhere else. The hotel itself was okay, though the shower was luke-warm, and the AC doesn’t get warm as it is capped at a certain temperature, I think these factors are for eco friendly purposes, but this was hell for me because I am always cold and I love a hot shower especially in the cold seasons.
