Cheap and cheerful!

I seeked out the cheapest stay in paddington for four nights. I had what can be described as a box room. However, it was clean with a comfortable bed and heater. Also came with its own small shower and sink. The staff were nice and friendly. If your on a budget and just looking for a place to sleep i would highly recommend.

Really good

Stayed one night, two twin bed rooms. Would definitely stay again. Couple of minor issues, toilet flush not working in one room, but was fixed straight away. Toilet roll holder not fixed to the wall properly in the other room. Bathroom quite small, & shower might be an issue for tall or a larger size person, but it was ok for us. If your looking for an inexpensive stay in London, a couple of minutes from Paddington & Hyde park this hotel definitely fits the bill. We will definitely stay here again

Sleep and go

We only use our room to sleep in and maximise time doing stuff. Had a great nights sleep even looking out onto the busy road.

Nice staff. Clean. Bad beds. Stinky drains.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. Both beds were poor with holes in the middle that you sink into and bare down to the springs. The shower didn't work in one of the rooms, but the team member was very helpful in helping to sort that out. The other shower was very difficult to get to a decent temperature. Some guidance on how to work the showers would be helpful. The bathroom drains were very smelly and unpleasant. One of the rooms was very cold with no access to the radiator. Spare blankets were provided.

perfect room for a london tube mouse.

The room, advertised on Hotels.com as an "Economy Single Room," was described in the hotel's system as "extra small size room." Hotels.com provided no information about the room's size, which was barely large enough for a mouse. When we complained that the room was not as advertised—arguing that "economy" does not equate to "extra small," and that even if it did, this information should have been clearly stated on the Hotels.com website—the hotel staff were unhelpful. They refused a refund, an upgrade, or even to acknowledge our complaint. Consequently, thanks to Hotels.com's intervention due to the apparent miscommunication between the hotel and their system, we left the hotel after only one night. Hotels.com agreed to provide credits to book another hotel. Fortunately, there are many other budget hotels in the Paddington area with better accommodations and larger rooms.

Terrible Hotel please avoid

Terrible stay at this hotel. Central heating doesn't work inside the room so the room was freezing. Shower works only with very water so cold water doesn't which means you can burn yourself under the shower. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Great value for the location but thats all

The location is great for the price, but thats about all that is great. The room was dated, the tv small but by far the biggest issue was how tiny the bathroom was. It was like being in a wardrobe. Could barely close the door, cpuld barely turn around on the spot. Literally couldnt sit on the toilet without your leg banging on the pipe under the sink, and the sink you could only just fit a mug into it to get water. House keeping were helfpul and pleasant, the reception staff some were nice and pleasant and helpful, others looked at us as if we were trespassing when we entered the building even though we needed the room key to open the main entrance door.
