the ground floor lift location is a bit random going through the conference area, and when the door opens on the other side revealing the quite messy back kitchen- not much is left to the imagination. regardless of this, well located venue for what was needed. air con worked well for 30+ degrees heat, staff were friendly and room was great!

It was clean and did the job for a 2 night stay. The room was much smaller than expected though and really far from the the elevator. Staff was friendly but tried to charge me for breakfast I never had, thankfully they removed the charge. Unfortunately the ac didn’t work in my room at all so after a shower it was really hot

Beds were comfortable, especially loved the pillows. Air conditioner would go off every two hours and had to keep waking up to turn on, annoying when you need your rest on vacation. Unable to get late night snacks or any ice due to a knee injury.

It was an okay hotel, not great. Location is fine. You have to ask for housekeeping every day, otherwise they won't clean your room if you are staying there for multiple days. You have to go down to reception to get water bottles. The AC kept switching off every 2-3 hours, so every night we had to get up multiple times to switch it back on. Also the toilet flush did not work as expected, had to keep the flush button pressed for around a minute for the flush to really work. Breakfast was good, but the menu is exact same every day so you would get bored quickly if you are staying for multiple days. Overall an okay hotel with its flaws.

Great hotel and absolutely amazing staff !! I am seriously sight impaired and this was my 1st trip anywhere since my eyesight issues and i was very nervous about my trip...but the staff at the hotel went out of their way to do whatever they could to help me ....they even upgraded my room to an accessible room in a bid to help. Everyone from the bar staff to the front desk were nothing but kind, helpful and understanding i cannot praise them high enough

Hotel is well situated but very expensive for what it is. Pillows are non existent even when we got extras and the double bed is absolutely tiny, does not fit two grown adults comfortably. The quilt is so small that it does not go entirely over two adults.

Nice room and good location. Had breakfast at 9:00 and was disappointed with choice of hot breakfast and apart from shown to table we had no advice on where to get anything (most of which was hidden around the corner) Room was comfortable and quiet and had good nights sleep

We stayed at many Hilton hotels before, but this one unfortunately was an utter disappointment. First of all, they do not have complimentary water in the room, and they do not make you aware of that at the reception asking if we need some. We called and ask for it. In an hour we got water in the room. Room-in service was extremly hard to use. The online app did not work, so we called 64 as mentioned in the room book, twice. What did we hear? Autoreply message "call us later". Spoke to a manager and the restaurant finally called back, helping solve the online issue. We got our food eventually. The next day was worse. They messed up breakfast order resulted in bringing only 1 right dish (it was 2 of us), but charged for 2 dishes. At check out we gave a feedback to a manager. He apologised and offered 20% discount off the room price. We accepted the offer, thanked for help and left. When we received the invoice through the email, we were surprised that no promised discount was applied. Charged in full as well. We tried to call the hotel 5 times. No response. Very disappointed. Never staying at Hilton again.
