Mid room with valet parking??

My stay was good, the bed was comfy. I found the hotel to be very busy as they had an event going on so there was a lot of traffic in the lobby area.. I didn’t love that the only hotel parking option was valet.

Overall very happy with our stay. Would stay again. Only two minor complaints: 1. No comfy chair in the room. Just an office chair and kitchen chairs. 2. All four pillows on the bed were the same. All were terrible at holding their shape when used. Personally, I disliked them immensely. Also, if parking in the public lot across the street, be aware that you can only pay until 6 AM. At 6 AM, you can then add more time to your parking account in the app. If you are at all anxious about getting parking tickets, be prepared to wake up early…. Not under the hotel’s control, but super annoying…

The bathroom has very low counters. The shower pressure was great but the water didn’t drain. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were horrible. The area is out of the way but close enough to the downtown area.

We stayed in one of the new suite rooms with two beds and a separate living room and kitchen. It was spacious and clean. You could easily stay for weeks if you needed an extended stay. I will definitely ask for this room again the next time I am in the area.

The only parking available if you don’t want to pay for Valet is the lot across the street where you have to wake up at 6 am to pay again. They don’t offer late check out anymore and the bartender in the hotel restaurant was horribly rude. Would never come back.

The hot tub is actually hot and I loved that. The beds are a bit too soft and hard to get out of, but still very comfortable. Over all I had a great visit and will definitely consider this hotel for my next trip

Area does not feel safe. Someone broke into my car tossed it and left a crack pipe on my front seat and there was a shooting just up the road while we were there
