Underground just at the corner of the hotel, very useful. I would suggest to add more sweet food at breakfast because it was a vaste choice of food but only three type of croissants. I don't have other things to say, everything was perfect. Staff was very kind and professional, sapcious and clean room...The Tower Bridge is a few walk away from the hotel.

Customer service is okay. 1 out of 3 elevators was working. Tried to go to the bar at the top but was rudely turned away since it is not connected to the hotel even though they are in the same building… amnesties weren’t great, nothing interesting to do in the hotel. In the US this would be a 3 star hotel no question. Have you 2 towels. Forgot our welcome wine since I am gold member and didn’t offer to help with bags or check in. Right next to Aldgate which was the best thing about it.

The property has a warm and cozy feel with top notch service. Added touch of bathrobes gave a certain feel of elegance, and the view was spectacular!

Smart, modern, clean, though a very compact hotel which just about ticks all the boxes as "4 star" although of course a little limited in terms of areas to hang out for long. Nevertheless, some of the more blasé reviews underestimate what £150 or so a night gets you elsewhere in central London. Lovely rooms, great views, and very good check in experience. This will be our new go-to hotel when we need to be this side of London for a night.
