Lovely hotel. I have stayed here a few times. The staff were excellent and allowed me to check in early. I had a room service meal which was very tasty. The hotel was very clean and it has a modern design

Always my choice of property when staying a night in London Heathrow between flights. Clean and convenient via the free transfer to Terminal 4 on the Heathrow express. Staff is always very nice! Highly recommend.

Easy access to Heathrow Airport. The room was nice but cleanliness was okay. Cup had previous guest hot chocolate stain. One of the towels was not clean. On the Wednesday i left at 9 back at 6 and the room had not been touched. On day 1 when i checked in they stated that i had not booked breakfast. I was charged £45 for three days. I queried this the next day and it turns out i had booked breakfast and now need to wait for a refund.

Convenient airport hotel
Very convenient hotel for the airport. Just a short walk from terminal 4 along an enclosed walkway. Building is split between Crowne Plaza and Holiday inn. Rooms in CP are large and comfortable though done are a long walk from the lifts.

Great hotel.
Lovely hotel located in T4. Has a connection to the Underground with easy access to the other terminals in Heathrow or into Central London. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again.
