As a millennium member I chose the hotel for its convenience to shops restaurants and travel options. Especially to access from M4. It’s a busy hotel with people coming to register throughout the day. It sometimes gets congested with the volume of residents especially at breakfast time. Nevertheless it is a viable option due to its proximity to all the above options.

REGULAR VISITOR, WEEKLY STAYS. REASONBLY CONSISTANT STANDARD. SOME ROOMS OVERLOOKING TRAINLINE ARE VERY NOISY AVOID!!!! ALTHOUGH HOTEL IS AGING IT IS KEPT CLEAN AND IS AFFORDABLE, I WILL CONTINUE TO USE, STAFF FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. We’ve stayed here several times and no problems. This time our bathroom stunk of tobacco smoke. We complained and they offered to carry out some form of deodorising. Early evening it was fine but later the stink came back. Despite our repeated complaints, the smell prevailed. On the first night I asked for more milk in the room and was told that some would be delivered. Some 90 minutes later it arrived. The following night I requested more milk. At 01.15 the following morning, no milk had been delivered and I went to bed. The duty manager said he would message me after the second day of complaints, but a week later I have not received any messages. At the time of asking , I did ask if I could collect some milks but was told they would deliver. We won’t be staying here again.

Fabulous stay

I have stayed at this hotel many times before and it didnt disappoint again. Great for being central to London, reasonably priced and delicious breakfast, having a 12 noon check out made a huge difference to our stay. My only negative this time would be waiting for lifts, the hotel was very busy and there always seemed to be a wait for a lift, we asked to use the stairs but were told there weren't any, although we did find stairs on the fire exit which we used when going down but they weren't available for going up.

Good but dated

A six night stay at a very good price for London. The hotel was nice albeit a bit dated especially the rooms. We had chosen a standard room for the stay, the bed was very large however the decor was minimal to say the least. No pictures or anything to make a bland white wall feel more comfortable. Dated furniture and a TV, the size you would find in most household kitchens. Service was second to non and the Asian restaurant was amazing, far better than the dated bar and restaurant. Mind numbing repetitive Irish music on a constant loop in the bar was very annoying. An excellent and well stocked self service shop, definitely not cheap.

The hotel was tidy but looking tired. The room was very basic but completely comfortable. Ring marks on the table and old shampoo from the previous occupant Staff at check in very grumpy . Keep the rain off
