This property was by far our favorite hotel in London! The central community room with complimentary coffee made this property feel like home. The free in room snacks were a bonus, and the easy walk to the Eurostar made this hotel our favorite!
Could not be happier. Staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was small but extremely clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. I recommend.
This is one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had as a family of 5!! The customer service was impeccable. They stored our bags early while we were sightseeing and brought them to our rooms while we were away. There’s a lounge you can hang out in if you need a hot cup of coffee or tea before your room is ready. The room has a mini bar and they offered many complimentary items. We loved the extra beds in the room so each kid had their own spot. Extremely convenient to Kings Cross/St Pancreas to get anywhere you need to go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Conveniently located minutes from Kings Cross Station. Friendly welcome, we were able to leave luggage while we went out exploring. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Rooms were typical London sized. Fully stocked mini fridge with drinks and snacks. Coffee machine and microwave in room. There’s also a communal dining room with coffee machine if you ordered in.
The room is quite small for 4 of us to put our luggages but the room is well equipped with basic facilities coffee maker fridge utencils , dishwasher shampoo bathsoap handwash
and fantastic complimentary .. thank you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable
One night stay in London ,travelling with my son for half term trip . Location is fantastic 5 mins from King’s Cross station 2 stops on the Tube -10 mins from all central London attractions. Very clean , nice shower comfy bed , quiet , got a good night’s rest , free mini bar snacks and drinks, coffee machine provided.It was a small room - the suites -right next to reception but sound proof. It is expensive but I did book just a day before.Check in time is 3 pm which is v late, would prefer 12 noon check in, Dale at reception was polite and helpful .
