The staff were very accommodating and easy to deal with, the breakfast was great. My only complaint was the carpets in the room, it would be better to have laminate or vinyl in my opinion so it's not as stuffy feeling.

I got to the property at 2:00 p.m. they were good enough to let me check in early which was nice no questions asked the main door from the hallway you can see the light all the way around the door the door was not sealed the ottoman that went to the chair in the room was so dirty and stained it was extremely noisy had kids running up and down the hallways ever since we got there I finally called front desk at 9:00 p.m. and the guy that answered the phone said he couldn't do anything about it I said they've been running up and down the Halls screaming I was on the main floor there were banging the stairway door going to the second floor chasing each other banging the walls banging the doors I was there to relax peace and quiet and then the guy at the front desk told me you cannot get another room anywhere in St Thomas or London because they're all booked up wish I could have got a refund because I would have left the noise continued Into the Night the only good thing about this place was the free breakfast everything was fresh stocked up replaced the women that work that was amazing the food was hot and plenty of it I don't recommend this place if you want peace and quiet

Hockey Night in Canada

It was a good stay, but the Hotel was full of young hockey players, so I had breakfast elsewhere, and the halls were crazy...but I was a kid once, too, and that was ok.

Since he almost total renovation of this property the result was amazing both from the point of superb physical facilities, but more important was the helpfulness of many staff for the needs of an octogenarian couple in the movement of baggage and guidance on how to operate the in rooom cooffee machine,

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were super comfy but the pillows were too small and too soft for us. We didn’t sleep well due to that but otherwise we loved it. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Good hotel

Nice room, good bed. The only things were the bath tub sink was dripping all night and hand lotion container was empty and the toilet tank was very loose (looked like it could fall onto the floor anytime)
