We have been to this property several times and it's worth returning to. The staff are just phenomenal and the facilities are perfect. It's also in a great location for theater, museums, and dining.

They accepted us very late following a complete cancellation of train journeys out of King's Cross. We arrived after midnight but were welcomed warmly. The room was fairly priced and the bed was very very comfy. Will stay again.

BEST PLACE IN LONDON TO STAY!

AMAZING!! Impressive decor, literal “eye candy.” Located 500 feet from Trafalgar Square and National Gallery. Service was tremendous and they treat you like royalty. Salmon was the kindest and most helpful concierge you could find. Every detail is attended to like you are the most important people on earth. And rooms are dream like.

Great location- underwhelming room.

Beautiful building and idea central location however i found the room underwhelming! Dark furniture, old single sofa with no finishing touches. The bed however was extremely comfortable with good quality bed linen. For the money breakfast should be included (additional £28 per person per day).
