Convenient, clean, efficient, friendly. This is an excellent hotel.
My only concern would be that during warmer temperatures, air conditioning is becoming more of a necessity than a luxury.
Great beds and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and were so glad to be staying here and not at the National Hotel attached as it was super busy there.
Great location and nice staff.

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Location to to public transportation very good
The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast had a variety of food items, the receptionst was very friendly and the assitant manager, Dining Services was very professional. He went over and beyond to assist the guests. Specifically he arranged lroom service delivery for my friend who was ill and unable to go for breakfast in the dining room . Kudos!
Room a good size and bathroom modern. Lot of noise from the street below during the night; windows were closed. Chechin was more getting processed than made to feel welcome.
Fire alarm going off twice after midnight. No advice.no help.false alarm but of course you have to tske no chances.lifts stopped which is sensible but when your on the 7th floor....goodness k ows what would happen if you were disabled. They need to review how this works.
The location was great for visiting sites as the underground was close by.
The lobby was nice, the breakfast was fresh, the room was showing wear in places.
No A/C but the fan provided helped.
I would stay again.
Our stay started off on a decent note—the room was stylish and comfortable. But for a hotel in 2025, the lack of double-glazed windows and air conditioning was disappointing. The shower pressure? Barely enough to make it feel like a real shower.
Then came the real disruption. After returning from dinner around 00:20, the alarm suddenly blared through the building. Confusion set in as we were forced to evacuate, standing outside for nearly an hour with little explanation. The hotel staff didn’t offer much reassurance or updates, leaving guests wondering when—if—we could return.
Overall, the experience was far from seamless. The room had potential, but the inconveniences piled up, making this stay less than ideal. Would I go back? Absolutely not.
