Great overnight stay

Great overnight stay. Room was newly refurbished and beautiful, facing Queen’s garden (I was upgraded on arrival). Only 10 mins walk from Paddington station. The room service was nice and good value. I had to leave early in the morning so I didn’t order the breakfast but everyone seems to enjoy it. I would be very happy to rebook here when I am in this area again.

Beautiful Hotel with Great Customer Service

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. They went out of the way to get me into my room ASAP, and were great with local directions and help getting to the airport. The room was small, but efficiently laid out. Also, I really like the neighborhood next to Hyde Park and Paddington Station.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Going above and beyond in terms of being accommodating and helpful. Many had trainee badges, but they were fantastic. I travel a lot, but the staff here really stood out completed to many other hotels in London and overseas.

Nice property near (but not too near) Paddington station. We booked a City double room which was very small, but clean. Too small to lay out the suitcases. Bathroom was nice except there is no door!!

Fabulous boutique hotel!

What a beautiful hotel and less than a 10 minute walk from Paddington. Booked at last minute but made to feel like valued guests from the beginning. Hotel was super clean, comfortable and had the little extras, like White Co toiletries and complimentary water in fridge. Will definitely be recommending and staying here again.

Quiet, comfy and friendly

Needed to find a place to stay last minute after trains were cancelled at London Paddington around storm Bert…found the Caesar Hotel on the app…perfect…quiet comfy and close to the station
