Hotel was lovely and the room was ok , but the duvet was very thin and hardly went over the edge of the bed. It also was a very cold night and the heating did not work and there was no blankets
During 3 weeks stay.
1) No room cleaning, and received complaints by receptionist about floor condition. Each day needs to go down collect towels and toilet rolls.
2) be requested change room with no sense excuses, even it extended reservation a week in advance.
3) final week treated costumers extremely not friendly.
In total, this was most terrible experience stay hotel in London.

Reception took a long time and did not mention anything like breakfast times, departure time, stairs, lift etc. Breakfast was the main problem, I heard and witnessed several fights between guests and waiters or waiters and other waiters, there was shouting and yelling, banging of utensils and furniture. This happened on both days making breakfast very stressful especially on the second day when one argument verged on becoming physical.
Hotel itself was fine only issue was i booked a double room and ended up in a twin, i checked in at nearly midnight so by the time i went to the room i wanted to go to bed. When i told the same lady who checked me in on my departure, her response was wasn't the 2 beds pushed together? Bizarre to say the least!
