Will never book with them again, as they gave away our room for the entire weekend after we had it reserved over two months in advance. There were no other rooms available in the entire city, so we ended up sleeping in our car. Was the worst experience ever.

Quick overnight stay
A quick one night stay after a week business trip. Rooms were clean and presentable, but somewhat showing age in furnishings (expected, older hotel). Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the hotel has a pool, exercise room, breakfast dining area and meeting rooms. Rooms are quiet, and beds are comfortable. Location is about 5 minutes from the airport, so perfect if you have a early departure.

Friendly staff, great service. Excellent location close to airport with prompt, “on call” shuttle service when needed. Great breakfast, but sadly no restaurant on site. Good sized room but mattress wasn’t that comfortable. Bathroom was a reasonable size, shower was great

The elevator needs servicing, the doors open while the elevator is still in motion. My room had visible water damage to the ceiling and the AC was incredibly loud, and the lights kept turning themselves off while I was trying to take a bath. Then I went to check out and the staff physically went to inspect and comment on my room while I waited. Incredibly uncomfortable and I don't think I'll return.

I asked for a late check out by phone, they said I'd have to wait until I was at the hotel to do it. Fine. Got to the hotel, they said I'd have to talk to the morning staff about that. Like the bare minimum of a hotel is to be convenient, but they can't even communicate with each other? No system to leave notes for the morning staff??? Seriously, I was so disappointed. I had 2 rooms, got there after 4h of driving, at 12:30am, to go to work the next day, and they couldn't even bother to do their jobs and COMMUNICATE with their coworkers?? I'm glad it was just one night.
