The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property seems fairly new so is in good condition and is reasonably comfortable. My main issue was the room, which was made too small with a giant pillar in the middle of it. However, for 3 nights, it was fine.

The employees here were kind however the room descriptions and photos are very misleading. The cleanliness was lacking and there were very few amenities.

The only problem we had was the shower in our bathroom. It was poorly designed. The shower had no door and glass walls, just two pieces of curtains with a draining hole on the flat floor. Every time we took a shower the bethroom would flood. It became real head ache for us everyday during our stay.

From the minute I arrived the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My room was wonderful, clean and so effieciently laid out and stocked. The cafe in the lobby had healthy breakfast items and a variety of beverages. I was impressed with the eco friendliness of the design and concept for the hotel. There's a small park with tennis courts around the corner, 10 minute walk to London Bridge Station, lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful time here. Most places in London for the same or higher prices offer a very small room. This room was spacious, clean, newer looking and close by the tube stop. Very convenient coming from gatwick as the train goes to London bridge stop. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is also a cafe in the hotel open till 6 which helps tremendously. Lovely stay

I loved our stay here - the room was wonderful, checking in was a breeze, the lobby is gorgeous, and the front desk staff (namely Alaweya and Sona) were fabulous! The only drawbacks were the bathroom had a mildew smell (it is a mostly tiled bathroom without a window or vent fan so there was no way to “air it out”), the lighting was all dimmable but not bright so it was hard to see at times, and we wished that the hotel coffee bar stayed open later. But we would honestly stay at this hotel again.
