The place is extremely clean and quiet. The service is top shelf. The staff are all amazing. Breakfast was wonderful. I did hate being downstairs with large luggage. It was beyond difficult to navigate the narrow and steep stairs to get down to our room but once inside it was nice. The place is great overall and the staff are beyond super nice. You can tell they take pride in ensuring a great experience. My one and only negative is if you need to navigate the stairs up or down… ask for a ground floor room and you will be more than fine. I love how central the place is and how peaceful and safe the area is. Within a 5-10 min walk from Victoria station and steps from so many amazing restaurants. If you are travelling light or get a main floor room you can’t go wrong. We loved the place and the staff.

Delightful small boutique hotel. Wonderful staff. Plenty of eating options around Ebury and Elizabeth Sts with 4 min walk to Victoria. Pubs everywhere. Convenient to transport Tube and Hop on hop off buses around London. Also plenty of walking options to major landmarks.

Staff were attentive. For the price in a large city, we were happy with the room. Periodically, we had trouble getting water that was not streaming hot. The breakfast were nice and staff worked to keep items stocked.

Adequate hotel

It was a fairly good hotel, clean but not very good in way of facilities. We were in the basement very narrow awkward stairs. No hairdryer. Breakfast was not a very pleasant experience

The location is excellent, just a few blocks walk from Victoria Station, with many good coffee shops, restaurants, and other shops right nearby. We stayed in a Standard Double room, which unfortunately meant we were downstairs from reception, with not much light through the window. The room was small but clean and well maintained. Good showers. Overall, would recommend and stay again, but hopefully in one of the above-ground rooms.

Brilliant location for the apollo theatre and near to the tubestation, restaurants and shops. We had a great time, which was helped by having a great place to stay with helpful staff.

Terrible nights sleep and noise at night.

Sadly my worst nights sleep in room 1 in my life, noisey and got zero sleep... I did have hopes my stay would be more relaxing. When I checked out the receptionist did apologise for the noise.

Hotel is very plain and minimal for being in the richest area of London. Room is tiny, heater didn’t work properly. Shower drain slow and we almost flooded the room!
