The location & staff were excellent. The room & bathroom was very clean, quiet & black out blinds were excellent. The mattress & pillows were hard. The bed was very narrow so we didn’t sleep well. Missed having a tv or radio to get the news

This modern hotel is in a great location for a tourist. Clean rooms and a staff that was always helpful. However, the simplistic approach may have gone too far. No chair, table, TV or room phone. The rooftop restaurant is excellent. If your under thirty and live on the internet, you will like it.

Not great, not terrible. Average. Missing basics.
I mean it’s fine. And staff are friendly. But here’s the deal breaker - put a kettle and some coffee (or a coffee machine) and a TV in the room. Why a hotel doesn’t have these I’ll never know - let alone one that costs nearly £300 a night. Staff are friendly and it’s clean and tidy, but I’m afraid that’s about it.

Nice spacious room. Really comfy bed and pillows. There's no TV or tea and coffee making in the room, but there's lots of shops on the doorstep and it's great for a stay over. Nice modern and friendly vibe to the place.

Location excellent
Self check in, despite having done it online, a little annoying. No contact with staff, no reception area to speak of. Rooms aren’t just small, they are tiny. Lighting options are poor. Centrally controlled Aircon blows onto the bed and resets to cold in the morning. On plus side, fabulous location, quiet rooms, bed comfortable. Good blackout curtains. Very clean, apart from marks on wall, to be expected, when the room is so small and nowhere to place luggage, or anything else.

The bedsheets had hair and blood stains, carpet was dirty and very small room despite upgrading it to a suite. Had a nice city view but the stay was uncomfortable and hotel in general was not clean to standard.

Brilliant position for Covent Garden and Leicester Square theatres. Friendly staff, clean, tidy, but very small rooms. Even the double deluxe.
