This is my 2nd stay here, as the location is perfection. It's a comfortable hip hotel right in the Soho/Leicester Square area. Small, and no real check in desk (not an issue for me) - you walk in and either the person hiding around the wall will check you in, or you just use the self-service computer they provide. Room was on the 2nd floor in the front, and I was initially worried about sound. But they have great sound-proofing, keeping the busy traffic noise to a minimum.

Lacks comfort but great location.

Amazing location and perfect for getting around the theatre district. No kettle in the room and the bed was very uncomfortable but the room was very clean overall not a bad stay we just felt the room wasn’t right for us.

Minimalist hotel/busy street/transportation nearby

I like the hotel but I didn’t like the location of it due to the interesting characters and late night drinking due to the casinos & bars around it. On the street it was busy but inside the hotel is quiet. This is a bar bones hotel with a non existent lobby, no mini fridge, no outlet in the bathroom, no complementary water, no kettle, and no closet. Plus sides: conveniently located near public transportation, a convenient store, key card is required to access the hotel after 11 PM and to use the elevators, it was easy to control the temperature in the room, bed was comfortable, and room was clean.

Clean, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Price was very fair compared to other options in the area. The aesthetic was interesting… but memorable. My room was pretty tame, my coworkers had bdsm vibes haha Would stay again.

Great location! It’s possible to access many touristic places in walking distance. The subway station is also in front of the property. There are many options of restaurants, pubs and convenience in the neighborhood. The room has a great size for two. We didn’t have TV in the room, it wasn’t good, but not a big issue. The cleaning of the room could be better. We spent 8 days and I could see that the bed linen weren’t changed. The breakfast is ok with options of yogurt, breads, cereals, coffee machine, juices, eggs, bacon… I’d recommend!

Superb location and despite being very central, the noise in the rooms was almost zero. No TV in the room, which is annoying, but not the end of the world. stain on the bed covers unfortunately. Staff were amazing though, helpful personable.
