The area around the hotel feels very run down and the hotel doors remain locked at all times, access using your room key or the intercom. When I checked in there were 3 members of staff, one was serving another guest and I was asked to wait to speak to the same member of staff rather than being checked in by one of the other 2. After I was waiting a few minutes eventually one of them offered to help me. The breakfast is a free-for-all and located within reception so guests are walking through with bags which feels bizarre. The quality of the food was mediocre, not what I'd expect from a 4* hotel. The room was clean and modern and a good size but overall I wouldn't stay again.

Excellent Hotel

Stayed here with my wife and 10 year old son. The location is incredible with great access to Brick Lane, Spitalfields, Liverpool St etc. Service was top notch. Everyone we spoke to had a smile on their faces. The team couldn’t do enough to help. Flawless service. The room was small but clean and fresh. Breakfast was a real surprise. The number of options available was amazing. Fresh waffles, cooked breakfast options, fresh fruit etc. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Rakesh was so kind to put my ice bags in the freezer overnight each evening, as I needed them to keep ny insulin pens cold during the day. He was so very accommodating as was Rohen. The breakfast was very good and the room so comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Enjoyable stay

A great experience. We stayed in this hotel for the second time each time at least 3-4 nights. Each time we had a different room type and both were fantastic. We slept great as the beds are very spacious, comfortable, clean and fresh. The rooms are sound-proof, so you can’t hear any noise from any other rooms. The staff were so friendly. Dhaval and Rahul were helpful with all our issues. Very attentive, smiling, welcoming staff. I just wish they had a greater selection of vegetables for breakfast and perhaps some fried eggs (they only have the scrambled eggs option and I think they’re made from egg powder rather than fresh eggs). I also wish they kept the drinks machine all day so guests could re-fill their bottle with water or juice but if you ask, they refill the bottle with water. We also enjoyed teas and coffees that are in the room. The safe is also very handy and easy to use.
