Easy location with good connections to transport and attractions. Property itself had a slightly strange reception and catering layout spread across the ground and first floors, but the staff were extremely helpful and the room was well-appointed with comfortable furnishings

Good hotel in a good location. Check in was very slow and my room 795 was very noisey from both the corridor and a noisey heating system outside. Bed was comfy, shower good, a nice room and great brekky.

The room was great shower brilliant,we wete upgraded from a standard double.Only problem is the main entrance was off limits as refurbishment was going on so we had to take the service lift to reception which gave an initial bad impression.Once in the room.all was very good and the staff were extremely good

Receptionist here are rude. Too bad the area is good and will take it despite the small rooms. Also the elevator doesn’t work so do not recommend for older people. Breakfast is good though with pleasant people.

I wouldn’t go back to this hotel if they offered me free rooms. It was very dirty and crowded. The staff was not helpful also. The rooms and lobby were disgusting. You feel like you are in a 3rd world country. Don’t know what the other people are talking about. On top of how dirty it was, On our last day we even got a letter staying there will be no hot water for 12 hours! Do not stay there or else you will regret it like we did. Besides the location, everything about this hotel was Zero stars!

we had various issues in our stay: 1. problems with the plugs - not working 2. no third bed + towels for our child for the first night even we had paid for it. 3. one night without hot water for bath 4. difficult to contact the reception for the problems.
