House keeping threw away some of our belongings while out on an excursion and they refuse to credit us damages even after giving them an itemized list. Spoke with multiple managers that were not helpful. Completely ruined our experience. Book at your own risk. Terrible customer relations if you do have a problem. They will not take care of you especially if you are American.
