Overall a disaster occurred at Heathrow on 3/21/25. Hotel management did not respond to my calls and messages as my flight was cancelled. When requested a cancellation through Expedia, management was unreasonable and stated that a refund was not appropriate as I did not show up.

The library area had a great coffee machine. Room was nice enough. No windows was a bit claustrophobic. Probably needed to be that way due to being inside the airport. Easy check out

Location is only thing going for it

Excellent location for early T3 flight but that’s it. Staff friendly. Room was windowless box with adequate shower. Free tea and coffee lounge however.

Eye mask required

Had a very early flight so started at this airport hotel the night before. No windows in the room, but not a problem. A bit noisy with other guests walking up and down the corridor. Main issue of comfort for me is that there are safety lights in the room that do not turn off. You need an eye mask to sleep

Fine for one night stop over, staff friendly and helpful. Room extremely small, very basic, not worth the money charged. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet but still not enough to warrant rate charged as no facilities. Next time will stay in Sofitel in T5 and get tube if ever need to leave from T3 again.

Stress-free solo travelling

It was comfortable and just right for a solo traveller, perfect for overnight stay for an early flight next day! Definitely recommend for an stress-free trip! No complaints :)

Night lights are way too bright , cannot shut off

Hotel is fine but they have really bright “night lights” that are on the entire night, very disruptive for sleep even with face mask, they shine from the ceiling, really need to be able to shut these off , would not stay again at any hotel in the chain if this is what they do
