Handy place if you want to be in the terminal.

Positive: we were in the terminal for an early flight, as the weather was terrible it was good to be there and just walk through the terminal for check-in. Negatives: Room was very small, soundproofing wasn’t good as we heard people walking up and down the corridor during the night, food available was either the airport shops/ cafes or go to a different hotel around Heathrow complex. Bathroom condition wasn’t great and the hairdryer was poor. For ease of being in the terminal great - for comfort and value for money I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Excellent and convenient right in Terminal 3

Very good front desk service. Location can't be beaten. Room and bed were comfortable and bathroom clean and nice and funtional. Rooms are a bit small but the tradeoff is worth it. Good value.

It is what it is. If you are travelling a disrtance and need to catch an earĺy flight then it is ideal. Takes all the worry away and wake up refreshed. Immaculately clean.

Our stay was canceled prior to our arrival. We were notified with too short a notice and as we were on the plane with no service, did not find out until we arrived to check in. Manager however was extremely helpful in getting us another stay albeit a much cheaper stay than what we originally paid. I am still waiting to be refunded.

This hotel is in Heathrow Terminal 3. Ideal for early morning flights. 5 minutes walk from T3 departures. Has limited dining options, but enough for an overnight stay.

It is clean and modern, but rooms are very small. It’s close to T3 & T3 check in areas, as well a transportation to central London, so a good option for a one night stay between flights.

I stayed here as it’s super convenient for an early flight from T3 and T2. It’s inside the airport! Although you do pay quite a lot for this convenience. I had a terrible nights sleep as the bed was so hard.

It is convenient at Terminal 3. Close to shops and a cafe and transportation. It is completely quiet and safe. The staff are very helpful. I want to thank the night manager in particular who went out of his way to care for a tired and grouchy old lady.

Excellent location right at Terminal 3 Arrivals and close to the underground station. Took us <5 minutes to walk to Terminal 3 Departures for our morning flight. Bed was very comfortable. If you need a spot to stay at Heathrow for a layover or morning flight I'd recommend this hotel.
