it was convenient for where we needed to be but that was pretty much the only good thing. the service was friendly. breakfast was offered but no fruit other than yogurt. the milk was in a fridge in a regular milk jug (nothing wrong with that) there was only maybe a quarter of a gallon of milk left. there was some sort of white stuff like pieces of the ceiling or wall paint all up and down the steps (it could have been from another guest's shoes I did see some shoes in the hall in front of another door with white stuff on them). the beds were awful felt like we were sleeping on the ground and the pillows weren't any better they felt paper thin as if we were using cardboard for a pillow. the sheets and bedding were scratchy and thin.

The rate was great and the staff were excellent. The rooms were mostly clean and comfortable. We had a problem with the fridge and they fixed it when they said they would.

People above me were super noisy two nights in a row. I had it booked for 6 days and nights and they didn't even bother to change my towels until the 5th day, and the cleaning crew only did half a job and left cleaning supplies in my room. I had to keep asking for new towels. The breakfast is just a few items, cheap waffle maker, coffee, and little else. And they charged more than you would expect for a cheap hotel.

The stairwell and floors were filthy. There is no elevator. In our room the towel bar was broken off, the faucet sprayed water everywhere, the shower bar that holds the shower curtain and you could not keep the water from coming out all over the floor. The lamp bulbs were burnt out. The couch was so bad you literally could not sit down on it. You sunk in so far you could barely get up. Terrible experience and definitely not worth the price. Not worth any price.

Good value; staff was very friendly and helpful -- the front desk receptionist even changed my room from upstairs to downstairs bc we had bikes to put in the rooms. The breakfast was pretty good, but would have been better with some eggs (scrambled or even hardboiled would have been fine).

The room we were given was not cleaned. Blankets were on the chair and there was trash in the garbage. Usually I enjoy my experience but this was not great.. very disappointed as I'm a regular guest.

Cult Mormon Temple picture in a large 3 feet by 5 feet towering over the bed. I didn't appreciate the promotion of the deceitful corporation's symbol in our room.
