Okay tooms but great service

Front desk/customer service was excellent. Rooms were ok. Bed was fine but the rooms were a bit dated. My toilet was running qnd the fixed it promptly. Breakfast was standard continental breakfast, nothing special. Customer service made up for the okay rooms.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but i do hotels often and wish someone had left this review. I should explain my rating. Checking in i felt i was an inconvenience to the front desk person. When i asked for a crib for my newborn that was an option and one i selected with my reservation i was told no. Went to the room found the remote for the tv did not work, tried to call front desk, phone didn’t work. Went to make out pull out and no linen for bed. Took the kids to the pool, freezing indoor pool, hot tub jets did not work. Shared hot tub with employee and her friends, while someone ran tests on the water. Didn’t sleep well because of the noises from people above us. Not Hotels fault. Got up for breakfast, mediocre at best. No breakfast meat. Kids wanted to swim, pool was out of order… $100 bucks a night, get what you pay for, i’ll spend more next time. But is close to restaurants and wal-mart.

The hotel was average at best, some definite damage to walls ect in the room. In the morning the shower would not work. We approached the front desk person and he said there was nothing he could do and offered no apology. Would definitely not stay here again.

Cleaning staff in the hallway after 9 pm talking loudly to one another and still servicing rooms late. My room was in disrepair and lacking cleanliness. A fair amount of undersirable individuals staying here and one man that seemed to be tweaking and on drugs as I walked out to leave in the early AM. I have stayed here many times over the years, but this place has taken a rapid decline all around.
