One of the best in Logan

It's not bad for Logan Utah. The beds are nice and a larger fridge and a microwave is greatly appreciated. It's great for the price

I was charged for something I didn't buy at the snack shop, and the second night was not the rate I expected. The room and building needed some repairs I noticed, like a dripping faucet and outside door closer that slammed the entire time I was there.

The property is old and needs to be updated. When we checked in the front desk agent wasn’t overly friendly and didn’t tell us about any of the amenities like when breakfast was. She did her job and gave us a room key but that was about it. It’s an overpriced property for what you get. The beds are awful. I didn’t get much sleep either night.

Time to fix things.

Hotel needs attention. Not clean and in disrepair. Bed was clean and comfortable. A lot of poor workmanship on repairs. Stains on walls and doors.

Bad customer service

Very noisy fan in bathroom could not turn on light on bathroom because of the fan noise called front desk three times no one showed up to fix problem also requested extra toiletries and room service three times and no one showed up
