We had a brief stop there on the way to Yellowstone. It’s very clean. We didn’t encounter many staff until breakfast time. Staff were very friendly.

Property was fine. My complaint is about Expedia. I didn't know that by booking through them that I wouldn't get Hilton Honors points for my stay. Will always reserve through the Hilton web site if a Hilton property. (I bet Expedia filters this out)

Shower plumbing broke late at night. Had to change rooms. Requested a credit. No one said no, but no one contacted us about it later. Wish they had oatmeal for breakfast. Staff was cordial even though their computers were down. They were pleasant after a hard day.

I stayed here the end of May 2024 and the staff was awesome. There was a little hiccup in the beginning with my reservation, but I had a few since my family was staying as well. Once it was fixed, everything was great and the housekeepers were so accommodating.

Great Hampton
This was a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with a blackout shade, a chais lounge and an interesting desk chair. The decor and room looked fresh and very nice. There were plenty of outlets. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The only thing I noticed was that the shower stall was showing its age. It looked like everything else was updated except that. I would highly recommend this Hampton.
