Previous reviews have said the hotel is 'tired'. I value a decent bed, great staff and a breakfast included over a bit of worn wallpaper or carpet! The value for money was brilliant, the staff are absolute stars and we are planning a return in April, we liked it so much. It is very close to the seafront, not too far from the train station. Loved it. The staff are so friendly, it makes such a difference.

A tradional hotel right on the front, not far from the pier, keeping the great hotel tradions alive, lovely staff, nice hearty breakfast and the old style lift taking you to each floor, this is Llandudno at its best, great building, one negative was I think the sink needs changing and the furniture in the room is quite dated, other than that all good, there's plenty of parking around the hotel, some free streets past the roundabout, thanks for a great wk end

The hotel was ok, usual noise from people in corridor, why they stand talking loud outside someone's door is a mystery. Bar was ok same prices as in local pubs. Good breakfast, good staff. WiFi was excellent newly installed throughout hotel.

i booked this for my mother and her friend , always a gamble but this certainly was the right choice . Both could not praise the staff enough , every single member of staff went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable

In a word, quaint. In my world that is a good word. Every person/staff well mannered and courteous and in no way overbearing.... Their wording to describe WiFi was in my world incorrect, they described it as available in public areas which should have been, available in communal areas...however👍this got solved on my 2nd day when WiFi was correctly configured everywhere which was superb! A huge thumbs up to them for enabling this... Breakfast was just "thrown in" with the cost which was an amazing thing to do, cannot fault the place, Building and front door a little old now but this is being really nitpicky and made no difference to the overall pleasure of staying there and look forward to doing it again sometime soon....good luck to them! 👍🤗

Great hotel

Great value weekend away. The hotel and staff were wonderful. Breakfast was really good and again the staff were friendly and attentive. Really enjoyed our stay here with the friendly staff, the evening entertainment, bar area and the other guests. 5 stars for our stay.

LLandudno visit.

Very enjoyable stay. Single room, en-suite, TV & kettle: everything clean & tidy. Good view towards the pier. Hotel situated at the top of a long promenade. LLandudno a very nice seaside town , not overrun with arcades. Good town centre. Breakfast was very good with friendly service. Excellent value. Would definitely stay again.
