The hotel was amazing however booking through Expedia was an awful experience which I will never repeat. Our room was awful. I went to reception they changed it immediately however they did explain the reason that room was given was because we had booked with Expedia so I will never use you again. The hotel was amazing and all staff food every thing but not Expedia room allocation that was totally unacceptable

What an amazing stay! It met all our expections and exceeded them in most areas. The hotel is truly a top class place, but what made it a 5 star stay was the staff. I had a excellent one night stay. Mind you my sleep was interrupted during the night by someone vacuuming outside of my room in the early hours. The room was comfortable and warm recently decorated and well worth the four star rating of the hotel. Slightly over priced compared with near by similar hotels but within walking distance of the Venue Theatre l was attending. Car parking is a no no at this hotel as it is first come first served and limited

St George's hotel is in a perfect location on the sea front with shopping and dining choices on the doorstep. A lovely welcome to our beautifully comfortable room. We had breakfast which was ample. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. This was my second visit and will be happy to return.
