Lovely stay in an excellent Guest house

Lovely Weekend in Llandudno. We had not been before but weather was kind and the town was busy. The guest house was easy to find, welcome was warm and helpful. The room was a good size and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent with good choice and quality ingredients.

Lovely little place and David was brilliant. Lovely room ,super clean with a nice touch of biscuits, choice of tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was also lovely only thumbs down was for the coffee both options were not great . Brilliant location also .

The Beachside is a beautiful 4 storey old style building located across the road from the beach and within easy walking distance to the centre of town. It’s decor is beach and chic, the owners are super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home and the breakfast is delicious!!

Property was great, short walk to the pier, beach, shopping, restaurants and more. Cheryl, the property owner was lovely and very attentive. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I rated Beachside as we've stayed before, last September. We know what a wonderful Guest House it is. But, we were unable to make it as our car broke down and we had no cost effective backup plan. I was distraught when I rang to say we couldn't make it. We booked very close to the date so no chance of cancelling. It was a birthday treat we'd saved some money for, and we can't afford to go later in the week when the car is fixed as we were charged the full cost and we can't afford to pay again. I understand it is a business but it feels a little harsh. Anyway, we will consider insurance next time to avoid the heartbreak. Beachside is such a lovely place to stay - everything about it is perfect.

I loved my stay at Beachside Guesthouse. It’s in a great location in walking distance to the beach, the pier, restaurants, bars and shops. The owners and staff are very friendly and offered great service. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfy and the food was tasty. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely wonderful

My friend and I wanted somewhere to stay that was in the best location and after reading peoples reviews, thought the Beachside would be the perfect place to stay. We were right. We were given a very warm welcome and made to feel right at home. The owners live on site meaning someone was always available if needed and that was reassuring. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and restaurant recommendations were given for the evening. My friend and I have both said that when we return to Llandudno in the future, the Beachside is the only place we would consider staying.

I had no shower at the second night as the water heater in shower room was damaged and we call host to fix it but they can’t n tell all rooms are occupied, no spare room for us to shower n they cant fix the problem! The shower heater stopped suddenly after i put my shampoo! The host ask me to clean it at the sink! it seem ridiculous but we need to do it as we had no choice! speedless! They do apologize and we feel bad of this condition!

Terrific location! Fourth floor walk-up could be challenging, but the room was clean and well-appointed. Breakfast in a cute dining room was excellent. Host David is very welcoming and gracious with lots of information about the area and its history. The only thing we didn't like was the shower which refused to stay flowing despite following the very specific instructions as to its use. Clearly we were not the only ones to find fault with that thing! No other complaints about his fine facility.
