Good rooms. Fans in tents and AC in room. Good water pressure and hot water in shower. Good food at restaurant and good verity at the included breakfast. A bit noisy before 10:30 on Wed. night and lots of mosquitoes in tents but bug spray was ready to be used in the tents and took care of the problem rapidly.

RATS RATS RATS!
I would not recommend. My room was on the top floor and it looked nice, but that’s where it ends.
The Good: the restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. The restaurant staff were great and so were the front desk staff.
The Bad: I was woken up in the middle of the night when a couple of rats got in my room. They started running around the room and were making noises! I couldn’t go back to sleep, I was too grossed out.
Second, because of the mosquitoes, the staff must have used the entire can of mosquito spray because the smell was so strong, I had a hard time breathing. Maybe other guests who were on the bottom floor had better experience than mine, but I definitely did not have a good experience.
The room was dirty, and bathroom was not cleaned at all. The mosquito net over the bed was so dirty that i was even afraid to even use it. The property looks like hostel, so for the money i paid I could get way better hotel. I would totaly avoid it
We stay every visit to Livingstone, probably 4-5 time in as many years. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Activities centre right next door to reception so plenty to choice from.
This was out 4th visit to the Victoria Falls Waterfront. The welcome is always exceptional - warm and friendly. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The pools are clean and inviting. The bar and food are run to a very high standard. I understand that the lodge is owned by the company which provides safaris and other activities in the area so booking these is easy. We have now done a walking safari 4 times and see and learn new things each time. Cannot recomend this place enough.
Amazing views of the Zambezi River. Peaceful, beautiful and clean. Delicious food at the restaurant. Will definitely be back.

I loved the location next to one of the lakes the feed into Victoria Falls. The turndown service was great for preparing your mosquito net and spraying the room to keep the bugs out as much as possible. It had a very real wildlife experience feeling. The people were safe however, I had security walke to my room after dark because of the baboons. I just don't trust baboons. Also it was dark. The only con on the hotel was my shower drain wasn't working properly.

Staff were all good from checkin to departure .
Bathroom needs updating and the room needs repainting .
Stunning location on the Zambezi River, great, friendly staff, and plenty of them. Lots of activities to do and things to see. Very reasonable good and drink prices in the restaurant.
Victoria Falls Waterfront was such a fun and amazing location! I was travelling solo and started my weekend alone but ended it with so many friends. It's a great base to plan so many activities and also to meet both locals and fellow travelers! A+!
