A bit run down for the price. Stains on the carpet, dirty tables in the restaurant. Grubby blind in the room. Some staff were friendly and helpful. Flickering lights in the restaurant, cold air conditioners in the restaurant. Food expensive

It was a birthday and we travelled all the way from Cardiff. It was a disaster. The room was freezing cold the heating did not work it was a family room and I waited till 11 pm for a quilt as there was only one quilt in room I asked to come up and fix heating as it did not come on they did not turn up. Also the water was leaking in the room through the window splashing everywhere

Uncleaned room when we checked in so had to be moved. Toilet didnt work in that one the cystern constantly made a noise and the flushing mechanism broke. Told cleaning staff but nothing done. Was told there was no eggs left half hour before the end of service as obviously the chef didnt want to cook anymore. Dirty stained rooms. Really disappointed
