Great City Centre Location

I was very impressed with the location and, more importantly, the accommodating staff's friendly nature. Restaurant recommendations and tips on bus routes to Goodison Park were sought and delivered as well as organising an early taxi to the airport. I have and would recommend staying at The Resident again.

Fantastic place to stay while in Liverpool. Minutes from the main shopping area at Liverpool One and is surrounded by plenty of bars and cafes and restaurants for all tastes. The front desk staff were amazing help and very friendly. Most importantly the rooms were a good size clean and comfortable and they also provided a mini fridge, tea/coffee machine and had a microwave.

The Perfect Stay

Really loved this hotel: great beds, handy kitchenette & the bonus of Molton Brown shower gels in the bathroom! Room was immaculate and the temperature control in the winter worked perfectly. Loved the Chromecast on the TV for connecting my Netflix etc. Very friendly and efficient staff too. Will definitely be back!
