Everything was perfect, the restaurant menu including the duck dish was the best ever ! Coming from Texas, everything was big but the bath towel in the room is so large, like a blanket ! Only negative is the proximity to the train station, I can hear the announcement all day long

Nice clean hotel, good sized room, and great parking and location. Only disappointment was that the food in the castaway bar was going to take an hour so we had to go somewhere else for food, and it wasn't even that busy.

Excellent stay

The Liner hotel in was a wonderful place to stay for a few nights. The bed was very comfortable and the location was ideal for getting around; lots of things to do within 15-20 min walk. The only downside was the room had no AC and it was warm while we stayed in Liverpool but thankfully they do provide a fan which definitely helped. The 2nd elevator was also down which meant longer wait times to get up to our room but otherwise it was definitely a great place and also offered free parking. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're interested Liverpool.

Liverpool explorer

Our initial receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Wlour room wasn't ready (we were early but we were able to use the free parking) The next receptionist was less than friendly and that didn't alter over the few days we stayed Our room was clean but dated. No fridge, no information regarding the hotel it felt very tired. The bed was horrendous! It sloped one way so my partner felt he was rolling out. He even tried sleeping on the floor. We considered leaving a day early due to the bed but managed to stick it out Bedside lights were a problem, one switch operated both lights so reading while your partner tried to sleep wasn't an option Only one plug besides the bed. Couldn't charge the phone by the bed at the same time. One of the lifts wasn't working and the lift that was working took forever. On the plus side the hotel was very central, perfect for exploring and the free parking was easy and very close
