Its ship theme is incredible. The beds were comfortable and the shower had lots of hot water. Very enjoyable, i would absolutely bring my kids to it.

The best nights sleep

Unbelievable from booking in until we left We had a room on the 6thfloor refurbished .it was immaculate. Great coffee machine fridge slippers robes and the colour they have done it is amazing cannot fault it.food fantastic. We stayed half board .Its the best food we have ever had.The apple pie was just unbelievable and coctails 2 for 1 .we had the best pina coladas we have ever had .The staff were just amazing so friendly and helpful and the guy that checked us in just went above and beyond cannot wait to return .

The hotel was lovely and clean and staff very friendly but it was very noisy from people staying in hotel banging doors and shouting to each other so 2 nights of not very good sleep

Absoluteky delightful staff. Very friendly and efficient, especially Danielle on reception when we arruved. Also the lady who served us at bar whenwe went for an evening drink was really lively and helpful. The room was spotless and toiletries were nice. Rhe breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Having free parking was an added bonus. The only issue was we couodnt get the tv remote to work, but it wasnt a problem forcus. Id stay here again. Good value

Liner Hotel is just right - comfy, pleasant, not too small or too large. The staff are very pleasant and helpful - notably Peter on Reception. The cuisine is of a very good standard and the IPA (beer) is excellent. The room was clean, cosy and the bathroom very pleasant with a good sized bath. One of the best features is that the hotel has its own security controlled car park which is very close by. I'm not a big fan of breakfast self service systems but at least it's quick. The choice of food is comprehensive, I particularly enjoyed the choice of coffee selections. If the hotel could make an improvement please could you make sure that there is a bar of soap in the bathroom (Reception organised for some to be brought up, thank you!) - although the small tubs of liquid soap were pleasant. Also there was no milk in the room - I didn't find out until it was too late at night.

Night at blood brothers

Very poor room walls paper thin the train station announced every few minutes and we were directly facing the speakers as you can imagine very noisy and the pipes in room were filling etc at 5am then trains started agian 6am
