Not so great this time

I love the Liner stayed several times. Its so close to everything in liverpool and has its own carpark which is a bonus. Its lovely and clean rooms decent size with ammenities. Staff are pleasant. Unfortunately this time we got very little sleep we were unable to close the only opening window as we arrived back late we shut the secondary glazing but we were disturbed by train announcements from 5am when were hoping to have a bit of lie in. Ive never heard noise before when staying on station side. Reported it to reception on leaving she said windows were old.

This hotel's location is fantastic right in the centre of town with great parking, but so close to the station if using the train. Lovely room, extremely comfortable bed and very clean. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful in the restaurant and at reception. Very reasonably priced for its location and facilities. We will be staying here again when we visit Liverpool. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at The Liner Hotel for our 10 year wedding anniversary. They left a little present of Prosecco and chocolate in our room as well as a free drinks voucher, which was all much appreciated! The concierge had excellent knowledge of the city and made some great suggestions for activities and food. The room itself was lovely and clean. Bed was super comfortable and great blackout curtains. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel, clean and comfy. Staff very helpful. Location for Lime St Station and Empire Theatre, brilliant ... 5 mins maximum from both depending on mobility, of course. Food in Seven Seas very good and value for money. Will definately stay again.
