The hotel was amazing! I booked to stay for my partners birthday and the staff did amazing to accommodate us. They sorted out surprises that I requested and their hospitality was great! Philippe was amazing and looked after us all night and also checked in on us the next morning! I highly recommend this hotel stay. It’s not too far from the docks too. It was a lovely weekend away!

Great new hotel; terrific value. Comfy bed; nice bathroom large room. Superb tv: just the right size. LOVELY COCKTAILS from friendly barman. Breakfast outstanding value and superb hot items (4 types of eggs!) Bus to centre is frequent for uphill return. Nice walk to great restaurants and Philharmonic Hall. No mention of any expedia VIP extras but we were given early check-in which was very helpful.

Very helpful and welcoming staff. I forgot to pack a toothbrush and a staff member kindly brought one to my room (thank you!). The only slight downside was hot items for breakfast could have been warmer. Everything was beautifully cooked and presented, but breakfast starts at 7.00am on a Saturday and at 7.05 bacon, eggs etc were only luke warm. Perhaps everything is being put out ready for service earlier than it needs to be on a Saturday?

I was greeted by a very friendly host who did everything he could to make sure I could get into my room slightly earlier than check in time as I was on a stag doo and needed desperately to get changed to get into town. He also gave me all the info I needed to get into town. The room was immaculate and the rooms are very very quiet and I was fortunate enough to have an amazing view and could see Anfield.

Good place to stay

Just opposite the Royal University Liverpool Hospital so expect some ambulance noise at night. But otherwise, quiet and clean rooms. Decent gym. Had private transport so connectivity not an issue for me.

Very nice hotel and will stay there again

First time we have stayed at this hotel, after a recommendation from our son’s partners parents and was very happy with the stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and interaction with them seemed like no trouble. The room itself was very comfortable and had everything you could have hoped for in a mid priced hotel room, with the bed very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and new feeling. There was tea and coffee making facilities and some complimentary cans of still water and also a fridge, if you needed it. We had the breakfast and there was a great choice of hot and cold buffet food and all regularly topped up so wasn’t waiting too long for anything. Great view from the 13th floor too as could see Anfield and I’m a massive Liverpool fan!! Overall a very pleasant stay, which is great as I am back there next weekend!!

Location was so convenient, the spine centre was next door, reception team were all very friendly and supportive..Room was of reasonable space with a chiseloungue sofa, modern decoration an quite..tea tray was shameful with small cheap coffee sacks, one type of tea( no other varieties like earl grey or herbal), no bathroom toiletries apart from bottled shampoo and body gel

Love staying here.

The reception staff especially Maddy were extremely friendly and helpful. As always the breakfast is great I just wish for a teapot but I suppose that is just my preference I like to have a couple of cups of tea with breakfast
