Dreadful check in process, told the receptionist that we didn't want an accessible room and that is what we got given. Sockets hanging off the wall, told same receponist who couldn't care less. Poor customer service with a argumentative tone, everything seemed an effort. The carpet looked like it was needing replacing, but I suspect it's called trendy and up keep with the modern hotel styles, lighting werid. All on or all off.. Bed Comfy, TV couldn't be returned so and to stick with limited options, some not in English and some with white lines. Won't be rushing back.
