The hotel was very modern, clean, tidy and comfortable - everything we wanted for a city break. However the stand out for us was the customer service I received from one staff member in particular. I'm so very sorry I didn't catch his name but he was the Guest Experience Manager at the hotel. When I got home from our overnight stay I discovered I'd left a brand new (and quite expensive) pair of jeans in the wardrobe in our room. I made a call to the hotel and spoke to their Guest Experience Manager, who said "it was me who checked you in yesterday"! He swiftly located my jeans and arranged for their return to me via a 24hr couriered and tracked service (at a very reasonable cost). Sure enough they were dispatched the very next morning as promised and are now safely back with me. It's so refreshing to receive such good customer service from both the Guest Experience Manager and of course the Housekeeping department. Thank you so much again - an absolute gentleman and certainly providing Guests with a great experience!

Excellent hotel and facilities

It was my first time visiting Liverpool and the Maldron in Park Lane, and from the moment of arrival to the end of departure, the staff including Tori, April, Ella, Connor and Nick and all the staff were amazing from start to finish! The ambiance, atmosphere and hospitality were thoroughly enjoyable and on point! Tori and April are excellent front of house team! The food was delicious and totally the best food I have had ever eaten 🌟🌟🌟

Decent hotel, good location

The Maldron is a reasonable priced hotel in a good location in Liverpool. Very business hotel vibe. The lady who helped us at check in was friendly but that was our only interaction with staff other then ordering a drink at the bar.

First time ever I booked with Expedia and have issues with the room price and breakfast. I booked for room and they told me it was without VAT when the price at Expedia shows it with it. Then I checked the breakfast option and I was lit in the list. It was a hassle.

The location is prime for sightseeing, shopping, and eating! We added the breakfast buffet to our stay, and it was a consistently delicious English breakfast with enough variety to change things up each morning. Our room was freshened up each day and the staff were super friendly.

Super easy check in online before we even arrived. Then simply click on the machine kn reception to get your key cards and activate them for your room. Room lovely and spacious. Recommend requesting single beds if there are two of you, as you will get a room with a double and a single bed probably bigger than other options. Staff very attentive and accomodating. All amenities necessary in your room including hairdryer, iron and board and kettle with well stocked array of teabags, coffee and milk. Lots and lots of plug sockets, at least 5 we counted and plenty hangers. Lovely breakfast. Recommended for easy access to Liverpool city centre :)

Great stay!

Was really impressed, hotel was lovely, location was perfect - close enough to everything you need but far enough away to switch off. Every staff member we encountered were great and friendly. Breakfast was the most sedate hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, good selection and very clean, well topped up even when they were busy. I don’t normally bother leaving reviews, but the staff alone made me feel the need to. There’s a huge choice of hotels in Liverpool, and I really feel like we couldn’t have picked a better one for our stay!

Excellent Hotel & Friendly Staff

Stayed 3 nights for my daughters 21 st birthday, perfect location, hotel was lovely very new and modern , comfortable beds, lovely shower and bathroom, breakfast was lovely choice of cereals to continental & fried food , even gluten free section. Decor is lovely would definately return. Ordered a cake platter and celebration package but a bit pricey for what it entailed but my daughter was happy so that was the main thing.
