I had a room with a terrible view sink had a very loose tape in bathroom very awkward layout in bathroom.. Maldron Manchester so much nicer we had stayed the night before for 1 day and room so much nicer

Great hotel
Was staying for 3 nights with friends. Room was lovely and view over Albert Dock. Very clean and comfortable. Also very central as everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance. Staff were amazing and so helpful.

We stayed Sunday to Tuesday. Room was ready when I arrived early, but was able to go to it soon after arrival. Ideal location for the town centre. Parking was in the Q Park across the road which was very secure, would definitely use again.

Great City Centre Hotel
Excellent modern city centre hotel, very close to Albert Dock and the main sights. The buffet breakfast is a great way to start the day, and I really liked the self check-in and being able to access my room 45 mins early.

Great 2 night stay. Hotel was very accommodating. Rooms were nice and clean. Walking distance to all shopping and eateries, close the Liverpool one shopping centre and Albert docks.

Ideal central Location
Good stay to visit Liverpool and the Xmas Markets. Easy nearby parking which is discounted, the multi story John Lewis car park is basically across the road. There was a que at check in, but they have self-service machined which we used, was easy and quick but does take the personal touch away. Room was a good size, clean and modern. Had what we needed with a complimentary water, tea/coffee. Good location for the city centre and docks area, did the job.

Good but not Excellent
Lovely clean hotel in a great location, with a secured car park just over the road (This is extra cost but great having a discount code for staying in this hotel) rooms were nice only thing I could fault was that you only get 1 pillow each on the bed and 2 spare in the wardrobe and I have to use at least 3 as I have to sleep upright. I could have asked for more tbh and I’m sure they would have been there. Service from all the staff was 5*, we only had breakfast in the hotel but it was very nice and plenty to choose from including your drinks. It was a little noisy during the night with people coming in and you could hear them both in the corridor and the floor below. There is also building work going on next door to the hotel at the minute so I’m just glad that it was a weekend we stayed here and there was no work going on. For these reasons is why I can only rate this hotel as good but once the work has been completed etc I would definitely stay here again & request extra pillows by this time I’m sure I could mark this as excellent.
