The hotel has an excellent location. Really bad that they don't protect parking especially for the residents of the hotel and you can't pre-book spaces, you have to turn up and hope for the best. The hotel looks tired in the bedroom - lots of peeling veneer. Biggest complaint is the lack of proper aircon and temperature controls.

The food was terrible. I ordered fish and chips, and it made me feel nauseous due to its low quality. On a positive note, the room was a good size and had all the necessary amenities. The parking was also satisfactory. I regret ordering the food, which was my mistake.

Great hotel

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights for a wedding in the Wirral. Great location, walkable to lots of shops restaurants etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shampoo and body wash in the shower was the best I’ve ever used in hotels! Small ironing board which was useful and comfy bed. Only thing to note, room got very hot at night.

All in all, really nice!!

It was lovely, much better than some reviews. The Nutella machine in the cafe area, I want that for Christmas lol! But yeah, overall experience was nice and as we went for the LFC Parade, it was chocka full of fans and even the staff had some Scouse pride shirts on.

Found reception staff friendly and efficient. Cafe/ bar clean but short of stock. Very clean, rooms a little compact but more than adequate for over night stay. Bathroom room door did not close, but shower excellent

Rooms have everything you need and location is great. It is a 3 star hotel so few frills but clean, safe, great staff and if you're out and about all day it's perfect. I had a nice view of the radio city tower from my room toward the back of the hotel - and an amazing view of the LFC victory parade from the car park. Usual caveat that weekend prices in the city are utterly eye-watering everywhere and this is no exception.You'll pay more than double for a Saturday night than you will for a Thursday.

Fab little gem but female staff could be friendlie

The hotel is basic but has all you need for a little trip to liverpool. The location is outstanding for concerts in the m&s arena and shopping in the town centre. I would definitely stay here again. The female staff are not the friendliest but that’s the only negative I have.

Great location to Albert Dock and downtown, easy walking the city. Easy to get to, with great onsite, and affordable parking. Very nice breakfast buffet & coffee selection in the morning and bar service in the evening. Nice out door picnic table to sit and enjoy a drink. Rooms are smaller but to be expected, bathrooms and showers were nice.

As a lone female traveller felt perfectly safe, plus great to have easy on site parking (£10 per day). Staff great, room had everything needed & super comfy bed & pillows. Didn’t use restaurant, so can’t comment. Only downside - room smelled like fried food, when looked outside seems was immediately above kitchen extractor fans, so probs explains why. If was there more than one night would have seen if could move, but was literally just sleeping there, so wasn’t a biggie for me.
