Great location and friendly staff

Excellent location, friendly staff. Great for families. Some board games and space to chill near the bar for kids. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Didn't eat in the hotel, but no reflection on the offering.

Close to Liverpool Lime St Station

Great location, right beside Liverpool Lime Street and 5 minute walk from Liverpool One. Only a short walk to the Waterfront, Albert Dock and some of the universities. Restaurant provides food through the day as well as breakfast.

Lovely stay

Lovely hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great sized family room. Very clean. Hot shower. Great location. Convenient parking for £6 for 24hr next door (if you register in advance). Tasty breakfast. Great views of Lime St Station from the bar/restaurant. Games for children in the bar were a big hit! Will be back again! Thank you.

Bedroom was standard which was supposed to have a king bed but didn’t feel like a king bed also mattress a bit soft. Heating centrally controlled and cool air was blowing through in December so had to turn it off. Hotel supplied a separate heater which helped. TV had issues wit no signal for most of our two night stay which the hotel appeared not to be able to resolve. Staff very friendly and professional hotel clean especially the room Excellent location

Presidential suite

We booked the presidential suite and were a little disappointed. The staff were very friendly and the service was great. However the room was supposed to be premium and yet felt tired and in a good need of a bit of TLC. The bathroom felt worn and stained grout, bath felt unclean and generally not matching the price of the room. The kitchen area was also all worn and scratched.
