Dirty , noisy , smelt of weed , rooms Run down, states pet friendly but doesn’t except cats , pizzas take 45 mins some 1 1/2 hrs to arrive at your table , stairs and dinning areas not hoovered at all , rooms not hoovered , bed broken , dummies biscuits under the bed ! Run down .

Didn't like that it wasn't cleaned properly - mugs had coffee drip stains on, the bath mat was stained a lot. Toilet was leaking on the floor. Someone's cigarette left on the windowsill. Sweet wrappers behind the sofa bed. TV remote not working.

I have stayed here before and had the best experience, however this time the breakfast wasn’t as nice, there was also an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway to our room. The shower was a nightmare to work and by the time I did get it working and showered the bathroom floor was soaking so we had to use the towels to dry the floor. The staff were all lovely and extremely friendly, the bed was really comfortable, we had food in the hotel one evening and although they didn’t have a lot of what was on the menu the food was beautiful

Your staff are absolutely second to none , Liam at the desk is so lovely and so is the cleaners . Perfect example of great customer service I always feel so welcome when I come and stay there and nothing is too much or a bother for the staff !

We were visiting famoly, this jotel offerred us a very reasonable priced accommodation, that was clean and comfortable. They served an excellent breakfast too. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect for our needs
Overall very nice. Building old but renovated. Staff very polite and helpful. Hotel a bit far from town if no car. We took uber so costs added up. I would stay again.

Large bed, well equipped room. Bathroom has plenty of hot water. Clean throughtout.Friendly staff. Bar and restaurant prices were reasonable. Breakfast was ok, could have kept the hot food. topped up. Would stay again.
