The room was very cold including the thin duvet and pillows the heating unit in the room didnt work and the matress was to hard for my liking also no where to put clothes just to coat hangers fixed to the wall ..enjoyed the tv as couldnt really sleep with the room being so cold and the hard matress.

Always a great stay. Clean and well located place, next to Ezra & Gil, an excellent coffee. Just a few minutes walking from Cavern Club, Beatles statues and other main attractions.

No Value for Money

I had already made payment prior to my Check in. Reaching the property, a young man at the front desk, ask for my ATM Card, I thought such practice have been abolished a long time ago, because of Fraud. Now he took my atm card and was taking down my card details. This is a very wrong and bad practice. What if my card details get compromised, it shouldn’t be. Needs to stop ASAP. The room as I opened the door was smelling and very very unpleasant ODOUR. The cleaners had to come use Bleech to kill the odour. The room was cold for even an animal to survive in it, not to talk of a Human being. I called and called the front desk, no one was around to pick the call. Had to check out at 8:45pm, I feel the few hours I spent in it was the most uncomfortable hours spent. Didn’t deserve the money gotten from me.

Needs a good clean

We use easy hotels on a regular basis , it’s in a great location, staff always friendly This stay was a bit of a let down There was mold all on the window and this has triggered a bad chest

Exactly what is says on the tin. Small room but with goid view. However mosf importantly it was clean. This is somewhere to stay after a night on the town where uou need a confortable little bolthole for the night!

Horrendous

If i could give zero stars, i would. We stayed at this hotel for just one night, and it was a horrible experience. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to speak with reception as we discovered most of the issues late at night and weren’t there long enough to raise them. The room was filthy from the moment we stepped in. The bed sheets were dusty at the bottom near the mirror, the mirror was all scratched up, and everything just felt dirty. To make things worse, the sink in the bathroom leaked on to the floor every time we used it, so we had no choice but to use the shower just to wash our hands. Disgustingly, the sink plughole was clogged with someone else’s hair—absolutely revolting. The room itself was tiny, with no space to move around or put anything. It felt claustrophobic and uncomfortable. Overall, it was a horrendous stay, and we are actively seeking a refund as the conditions were unacceptable. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

I’m not the kind of person who complains but after staying in room 217 for 3 nights I feel more tired than when I got there. Water pipes and the lift engine constantly going at every hour of the night keeping waking me up you should make people aware when they use that room
