During the check-in, I was asked for an additional charge of 25$ just for the request to move me from the second floor to the third floor, which I didn't agree to. Also, the company has a strange policy of blocking $250 per one-day stay for incidentals, and they differentiate if the customer is from Arkansas or out-of-state (the locals are blocked 100 $ per one-day stay, versus $250$ for out-of-state). Such amounts are expected in 5-star hotels, not regular 3-star hotels.

Everything was good about our stay. We gave it 5 stars. Only complaint is the location made for lots of road noise. Into the night late, but these things are hard to avoid sometimes.
