Was super beautiful and modern, clean and had a ton of amenities that come with staying at this hotel. Sadly I overestimated how much I would use said amenities which is my own fault lol! Otherwise it was an amazing stay. We got to our room quickly and everyone was super friendly.

Poor Cleaning

Poor cleaning. Multiple hairs in the bathtub and in the bathroom counter at check-in. Notified hotel who said they would have someone clean. When arrived back to room after cleaning, several of the same hairs still in the same spot. Thin walls, heard EVERYTHING next door couple was doing.

The hotel room smelled like feet and was so musty/wet smelling. We asked to swap rooms and they said okay then never came with keys. We had to call again then go get the keys ourselves.
