The floor was so dirty that when I stepped into the shower my feet were black with dirt. I put a washcloth in tub drain to take a bath. When I took it out to drain the tub the washcloth was coated with nasty grim. The phone in the room didn't work. When I went to the front desk no one was there, I gave up waiting and went back to the room. The internet password didn't work. The room was awful stuffy and the a/c barely worked. When I checked out I was told they would send a receipt via email. I never received it. I have stayed here numerous times when I have doctor's appts in Little Rock as I live over 100 miles away. I have never been so disappointed as this trip.

Don't be deceived by the the internet.
It's true, the internet is deceiving. The sheet had stains on it, the bathroom ceiling was falling apart, there was hair and stains on the lids for the coffee cups, that were placed with the coffee pot in the bathroom. There was a mix up of a double charge for something but that, I was told would be taken care of so that's a plus. The staff I did interact with was fine. I however wouldn't recommend staying here to others. And won't be staying here again myself. Which is a bummer because the location was perfect for where I needed to be.
