Had some issues with checking in. They couldn't find one of my reservations in their system. Even after showing them my confirmation email and reservation number I was told that they did not have my third room reserved. It wasn't until hours later that they found it but by then the people who were going to stay in that room left and went home and weren't able to stay with us for Christmas.

Overall good hotel and fun for the kids. Pool was nice, plenty of chairs, and nice long hours which is great for when the kids wake up early. Beds were decent, only 3 pillows per bed though. Breakfast was good for a free breakfast. We were able to get a luggage cart at check-in, but not one at check out, a couple more would be helpful. Great location with multiple restaurant choices very close by. The room wasn't ready at check-in, it didn't bother us but others in the lobby checking in were upset about it. Expect that yours might not be ready at 3pm.

I booked this because of the waterpark. It is not as pictured. It was grimy in places and in need of some updating; my daughter scraped her knee on the rough bottom of the toddler area. The heat (in December) "wasn't working" per staff in the pool area, but the water was warm. The hot tub was also taped off and not working. There were no towels in the pool area when we arrived. Breakfast was also disappointing, and they closed earlier than staff had told us at check in (we made it in time, but others were locked out of the breakfast room). We asked for a crib in advance (advertised as available) and after arrival we were given a very used, somewhat dirty and not totally stable pack and play. I would have just brought my own pack and play if I'd known a crib actually was not available. The carpets did need cleaning as others have said. We ended up booking somewhere else for our return trip.

Average stay for average hotel
Stay was average for an average priced hotel. Check in process took awhile as there was only 1 person working. The room temperature of the pool area was chilly. The hot tub was like warm bath water but definitely not what I would describe as a hot tub. The pool area look outdated and run down like it could definitely use some TLC. Our room was average with average cleanliness. Sheets were wrinkled. Mattress was below average and the pillows were those awful flat hotel pillows. Breakfast was also below average. Many things were out already at 9 am and staff was seen eating their own breakfast instead of stocking simple things like cups.

Did not stay. Room was not ready for over 1.5 hours. Staff communication very poor with me and with themselves between front desk and housekeeping. Was not offered a different vacant room. Insisted on different vacant room and new room was dirty with smudges and sticky on desk, chair was dirty with stains and furniture did not look wiped down. Bathroom fixtures looked dirty. Carpet very old and dirty did not want to set my things on floor or let my toddler sit on floor.

I didn't like how they scammed me out of lots of money. I wasn't sure if my room was reserved through your business so I called direct to be sure and they said no reservation was on file. I then proceeded to book it directly to them and they charged me 324.24 which they took right away. On arrival the desk clerk said I have you down for 2 rooms. I said no I only wanted one. I explained what happen and she said unfortunately I can't cancel anything you have to go through corporate. And your not getting any refund because that is how the new owners work. They refuse to refund people their money when they cancel etc. I will never ever stay there again. I'm so upset. Don't know how you book anyone with this hotel ever. No workers either working holiday because they refuse to pay then holiday pay. The breakfast was ridiculous when I went down nothing was in the containers as far as eggs sausages etc. They prepared some 8 sausages and some eggs. It isn't the workers is the owners. Rooms were very clean but hallways were not cleaned each day.

Find a different hotel
Room was very dirty. Dust on all the tables and lamps, dirt and dust around the bathroom floor, very stained carpet, paint peeling off the walls, broken toilet paper holder, etc. Though I would say worst of all, was the FILTHY pull out couch mattress. When we called the front desk to get sheets for it, we were told that they had all been given away. Luckily we brought a blanket that we wtapped around it. There was NO WAY we couldve used it without it. We went down to the waterpark only to find that several things weren't working. There were huge piles of paint that people had peeled from inside the hot tub laying on the ledge. We got in anyway to find that the jets were not working and the sheets of loose paint were everywhere. We left very shortly after ariving. Overall, not a good stay. Luckily we only booked one night.

No notification the hot tub was down and being repaired. The repair had so many chemical fumes that we could not swim. We had to sit in a room with a 2 and a 4 year old and do nothing. They didn’t have their ventilation system working either. It was being repaired the day we left. Girls bathroom door was broken and we couldn’t use. Etc. It was a terrible experience.

Staff was super friendly but room was musty with several stains,mold on bathroom wallpaper, dirty wear on furniture etc. swimming pool, which is why we booked this location, was so dirty and broken and rundown. Dangerous and dirty Everywhere, dirty bottom broken netting including Police tape rusty areas soooo dirty I have Photos! We want a refund! Also smelled weed all night as our room was above smoking area.
